I / We hereby make application to become a Member of the European Resin Manufacturers' Association and if elected agree to be bound by the Rules for the time being in operation.

Membership Terms & Conditions
Please note that, based on our Association policy:
- ERMA remains an independent Trade Association;
- Conference fee for member (up to 3 participants) is free of charge (minimum 1 conference per year);
- Current Annual membership fee for member (Resin producers & Raw Materials producers for resin) is 4000 €, and 2000€ for associate member (suppliers, customers, independent R&D and Resins or Raw materials distributors).
- Only members could vote for GA decision Note: Associate members point of view are presented during discution for help members decisions
- Membership is not limited to specific period
- ERMA Annual Membership invoice period is from October 1st "n-1" to 30 September of membership invoice year. As example the invoice for year 2015 membership period start from October 1st 2014 up to 30 September 2015.
- Candidates applying between January 2nd and Sepetmber 1st will pay the annual fee pro-rata till end of the membership year (September 30)
Membership Termination
In order to terminate your membership:
- Submit a resignation letter (via email) to the ERMA Director & Secretary (info@erma-resin.org).
- Confirm receipt of your request by the director (via acknowledgment email).
- If the letter (email) is sent before the annual General Assembly (aiming for October 1st), the resigning company must also settle the Membership Resignation Invoice, which amounts to the one-year membership fee (reflecting ERMA organization's planning covering activities for two years).
